I received a speeding ticket while traveling en route to NYC, and, on the recommendation that you should always fight a speeding ticket, I searched for a reputable attorney to represent me in the area, as I live out of state. Not only was Attorney Villanueva the man to do it, he went above and beyond for a fellow officer of the court. Always polite, prompt, and efficient, he would call me with updates constantly, and handled my case in the most professional manner possible. Joe Villaneuva is great. I had a speeding ticket and he helped me reduced to parking ticket, for a very reasonable fee. Joe returned my call quickly and explained to me exactly I can expect to happen with my ticket. He and his staff responded to my email very quickly.
