I was just cited for speeding in Broome County, New York. Although I was just 5 miles over the 65 mph speed limit, Officer #3730 Selmer claimed that I was travelling 25 miles over the speed limit at 90 mph. I called a few law companies because I thought I needed legal assistance, but most of them just quoted me $500 or $750 for their services without even looking at my situation. I eventually had a conversation with Attorney Joseph P. Villanueva after reaching out to over ten law firms. In contrast to the others, he listened to my case and clarified that I didn't really require legal counsel because of the laws that were in place in Broome County at the time. Instead, he gave me all the knowledge I needed to address my case, and he did it for free. I strongly advise anyone in a similar circumstance to contact Joseph Villanueva. His real desire to assist is more important to him than money, which is uncommon in this line of work. He was genuinely helpful, informed, and honest, unlike other law companies that were quick to demand payment.
